Game get repetitive after a while

I would like to see how long it'll take to reach the next level in the job tier .... similar to what we have in hobbies but with jobs.

It would also be good if when purchasing "max" you would know how many upgrades you are purchasing i.e. 2 upgrades (2mill) =--> 2x (2mill) 3x (4mill) etc
