Got to lvl 39 before dying and thought "there is no way to get to lvl 50 without being hit." Then i scrolled down and looked at the comments and I realized you can move and don't have to stay in the middle.
2/5 pause menu needs a reset option and all those explosions after killing an enemy need to be reduced or eliminated because it makes it way to hard to see the still living ones for a few seconds.
Lvl 45 is way too difficult and it isn't even in the hard category. I don't even want to see how BS the hard lvls are. I enjoy difficult games but apparently at lvl 45 the devs here decided to give the finger to the players.
2/5. Game keeps crashing/freezing up on Google Chrome and major priority issues that become apparent with the 10 hydras challenge when you kill half of them and the attacks only hit the dead ones and not the living ones.
Why does it seem like most of the devs for these types of games are prejudiced against colorblind people? STOP THE HATE!!! Add a colorblind friendly option.
A few suggestions.
1) make challenges 4 and 5 less difficult. In 4 the enemy just ignores the shield and shoots at the sword.
2) Add a fast forward button.
3) add a restart or resign button.
I would give this game a negative score if I could. Got a good way through and when I hit a rotating checkpoint the game glitched and after I refreshed and tried to continue, it glitched again and returned me to the start. Epic programming fail.
After playing more, I change my rating from 3/5 to 1/5. Aside from all of the other issues (targeting - lack of it and lack of options which is unforgivable in TD games this day and age, anti-ghost towers failing to target, etc), spending all that time through a level just for something (usually a ghost) slip by and having to restart to get perfect, because of no save feature in the levels, is unacceptable. Decent start for a game but nowhere near anything that a self-respecting programmer should call complete or ready for release.
3/5. quite a few major bugs (games not ending when they should and menus staying up sometimes) Aside from that, the targeting system is horrible, targets enemy in order they appear on the map instead of closest to exit, which is a really bad idea. The targeting issues is the main issue with this game.
I was wondering how balls and boxes with no hands built houses, then the ball with the gun came and I knew....... TELEKINESIS!!!! Let us all bow to the superior race.
Ok, so not only are the later upgrades way too expensive, after a few minutes in a mission you stop gaining money. That is just wrong. Don't know if it is 10 mins 15 etc. But I was trying to farm a mission (letting front guys die and starting new units when they reached enemy base) and after a while stopped gaining money. Not cool 3/5
Decent game but aside from missing a few standards like attack/defend, it has what to me are 2 major flaws. 1) Upgrades are way too expensive. Getting enough money to fully upgrade penguin and dragon would take forever. 2) after defeating the last level in any of the groupings you are forced to watch the animation again. For the last level this makes it a major pain to try to play the last level to max out critters.
