Tip if you're having trouble with the menu screen popping up: Hold down shift, and while doing that, click outside of the game screen. Then let go of shift, click to get back into the game, and go.
@Bboblol: You might have been at too steep an angle, and then you ran out of rocket fuel or just didn't have enough speed. Try staying between about a 15 to 0 degree angle.
I hate it when I think I'm mindlessly agreeing to sell something to somebody for a fairly good price, and then I realize I just agreed to buy a piece of junk I already have ten of.
I have a feeling there's a story line behind all these games. Blue Elephant makes a couple mystery/horror movies, where he lives the same day over and over again, but has to do something different each day (This is The Only Level) and a couple gripping dramas about gaming addiction (Achievement Unlocked). Once he becomes famous, he goes to a rave, and hallucinates that the disco's trying to kill him. He then realizes he needs to go back to his roots, so he goes home to his wife and family (run elephant run)
Seriously, this game just keeps getting better every time I play it. I just hope the scores get reset each week, otherwise I'm just going to keep sinking lower and lower on the scoreboard :)
Beat the boss on my first try, I got two fivers, used one on counter, and let the boss use the other on physical damage, did like 1000 damage on the third turn.
This is one of the few games I'm willing to completely replay for the badge. Heck, it's one of the few games I'm willing to replay with and without the badge!
I love this game, I think I'm addicted. If you're still taking suggestions, two things I'd like to see are:
Difficulty stats. Some days seem much more difficult than others, so maybe some sort of number on the first page that tells you how hard the day's run is? Kinda like the sudoku puzzles in the newspaper.
Also, customizable colors you can buy with petals. I've got like 10,000 petal saved up that i want to use!
Can you imagine some random person walking along the streets of London/Tokyo/wherever?
"Oh, look, some omnipotent hand just threw a paper plane. That's completley norm - wait, did that plane just light itself on fi - OH MY GOD, POSSESSED PAPER PLANE!
5/5 I really like it, the flowers are incredibly beautiful. I don't like Evolv-o-matic, but everything else is great. I wish there were more flower spots!
Good job on your first game. :) Could use some work, for example, maybe adding a timer or a number of deaths counter. It kinda reminded me of Unfair Platformer. Oh, and maybe some spikes. 3/5
Cute game, loved the different shapes the shadows were in. Still could use a bit of work, for example, the miss you get when you miss a coin. Coins should be more of an optional thing. Also, maybe adding levels, so you get more a sense of achievement. 4/5
