Simply go for DEFEND/STRENGHT/REPRO in that order... Defend prevents you from loosing cells, Strength makes it easy to rush. You WONT NEED REPRO since the med areas are full of cancer cells (which give you about 5 cells/minute).
The key is to take as many cells as possible WITHOUT LOOSING STRENGHT. 5 cells with 10 spawns each is good, 30 cells with 1 spawn each will be overrun... The enemy AI always attacks after you sent spawns somewhere... so always protect the big cells (due to they have higher production). But after you maxed out Def/Str/Rep the game is pointless easy anyway XD

:D Though i were meanwhile able to create a game, more balanced then this one as a basic program, this is the one and only, true pandemic ^^ Cheers...
@Crusader: Maybe he has some more pillars to summon more cards then you?
OR you are playing against GODLevel which has imba advantages (as an intended challenge) OR the enemy is using golden hourglass (causes you to draw multiple cards).
Team fights could be rather challenging but trade is f* * *ing nonsense... You can even get LEGAL FREE IP changers and therefore every player could create unlimited accounts to get infinite cards to hand them to his main deck... and even if you limit the card trade to 1:1 per day you could still trade pillars vs dragons... In total it would result in many people cheating...
But again, the team fight would be a nice idea ^^
Hmm, i'm using a basic light deck, combined with many novas and pillars, using the best cards of all elements... The results of the deck are random, either i loose to L2 AI or i beat a guy with 5x points then me ^^
