An enemy in a smoke screen cannot be targetted by an inferno temple, even though they don't need to aim. If the enemy has thrown out a smoke screen, isn't it probably a safe bet that there's someone in there? Why not just keep firing?
The in-game sound effects are annoying, so I turn them off for just the music, but the victory fanfare is a sound effect, and without it, completing a level feels hollow and creepy.
A lot of the 5 coin hints are completely worthless. "You have to scare the person into the mine." Yes, I can see that, because they are completely walled off and there is nothing else to kill them with.
Give the poor tomb keeper a break, he's just a disembodied head sometimes he has a hard time coming up with helpful hints.
