Basically: The physics engine doesn't support cutting them.
Technical: The cutter system works by raycasting the cut points, and manually placing all the vertices inside new bodies depending on which side of the raycast they fall. Since circles don't actually contain any vertices, they can't be cut.
Probably. Hopefully it will satisfy people for a while, though, because I'm definitely going to take a small break after the release since it's been such a huge load of work.
orava this keeps happening , when i am using the move tool then change into the rope tool when i try to make a rope the object moves and a rope extends from the middle plz fix
