When do the unique dragons come into play?

I would like to see the game save the state of such things as inventory of fish, timer for interest and something completely random like number of clicks with no effect.

do the badges do anything? I just hit level 100 but i see nothing different.

There seems to be a bug that wont let me have more then 99 gems.... Ugh!!!
