patients neck seems to be broken after pulled by ropes attached to the head and body supported by spikes in the arms. patient now twitching and cant seem to put head back to normal, head still attached though...
in order to get over 600, you have to have all the upgrades (except for groupies!), get the timing for the jumps right, and angle yourself toward the sky. I got 647.5.
The fastiest way to commit the sin of lust is to choose a girl and give her a whole lot of alcohol. She will say what she wants. When you finally have enough on the lust o meter, you will be playing the shotglass game. BUT all you really have to do is touch her boob. That's it!!! You wont have to just keep grabbing the shot glasses.
