Why won't my bullets kill cerberus? not sure if it's a bug or something...

pc-green nc-red nc+-A red or small green with a thin glossy coating giga cell- a large somewhat clear cell replicone-purple and splits into 4 smaller ones swinger- yellow with one large in the center and 2 smaller circling it deathrupture-gray with black ooze droppings ghost cell- a clear cell that turns white when it is killable charger- tiger orange cell that hunts you down at high speeds the blue is not any of the types as it does not fulfill any of the achievements at all. It is just there. Pretty much ignore it if you are going for achievements
