Flash is deprecated, You will get more players if you use WebGL or HTML5, Modern browsers disable Flash by default, and many players will not re-enable it for a new game due to the risk of malware.
Enable flash for something offering free money? No thanks. At best this is a scam to get "plays" and ad revenue, much more likely is some flash based malware.
DO NOT enable flash for this sort of game!
Mods: These are likely causing issues, Two ways to minimise it: Have a count of how many of each you have, rather than listing all separately, this should significantly decrease memory usage. alternatively, start to use the tiers within items, 2 of item Y at level X -> 1 of item Y at level X+1 where the bonuses of an item at Level X is BaseBonus*2^X-1 giving the same stats overall but significantly fewer items.
Desperately needs an option to turn off drawing the units on the screen, It creates a real performance hit in the later stages of the game, and makes it painful to switch into the gatherer page to activate upgrades.

We've updated the game to include limits on how many models are on screen at once, changeable in the options, as well some general bugfixing.
We wanted to put that in in the first place but after testing the late game we still found performance to be mostly acceptable, whoops.
Either the game is ignoring my Z key and clicks, or the reload appears to be about a minute at some points (and seconds at other times) with no indication that you are ready to fire. With 8 FPS on a system that can handle almost all games well, I do wonder what is going on here.
Would be good to have Oil and Steel for people who want to push into higher tiers. I currently make these by going in and building the tree myself, but this becomes exponentially more tiresome the further I push.
Thanks for the feedback. I didn't write all that many tiers, they start to repeat pretty quickly, so you should only need a couple of steel and oil clusters. This probably wouldn't be too hard to add, though, so I'll take a look.
When you launch with Steel onboard you can build Water Pumps and Food Caves. Should this be Farm instead, to allow for better food production, rather than storage?
Building a water pump should unlock farms, but maybe they should be unlocked directly. They will take too long to build at low tiers in any case, microfarms should be more useful if you find them.
Suggestion: list Gross Production and Gross Usage figures for resources, as well as Net Production. Shrinking the node boxes in the right hand side of the nest-tree view would allow for a larger top bar. One row for each resource, and one for worker statistics would make it much easier to manage resources.
You need to be very careful to manage food/water supplies here.
If you run out, you can lose most of your hive in a matter of seconds.
I recommend trying to over-build resource storage, and only upgrade to the next tier when you can afford to duplicate the current structure straight away, with spare water and food left over, to allow re-balancing with minimal risk.
