I like the "+stat bonus" for gaining hearts, maybe you could add something similar for the hobby leveling system. Perhaps each girl at lover status gives "+speed bonus" to hobby leveling. There will be more reason to get them back up to lover status each reset then as well.
I would like to see some way to hasten leveling up the hobbies. Adding an overall $$/min or second on the top bar would be really nice for quick comparisons on job combinations. It can be hard to tell on some of the quick jobs how many seconds are involved.
