How to win you ask? Spin my friend spin YES SPIN! Spin those parts and distribute damage and sniff for every red container you can! Also get as many guns you can, you only need about 4 engines. Your AI allies (when available) should only use guns and give as many firepower support as possible!
How to win: 1- amass some money, 2- get atleast 180 Mobsters, 3- Attack all enemy faction districts, 4- If one of your districts get captured buy it back! 5- PROFIT!
