I can promise you it was not Zore, and I can promise you that you were warned. I think the reason you were having problems connecting to chat was because your account was already logged onto the site. You should really change your password in case you were hacked, but I think it would also be smart to ask your brother if he knows anything. :)

We’ve actually been thinking of something similar! However, we won’t be able to do anything with points until we’ve finished with our (very exciting) chat redesign! :) Thanks so much for your thoughts, though. You may see them in the future.
