This is an excellent puzzler and fairly original too. I also like the fact its quite challenging compared to some of the recent puzzle releases on Kongregate. Well done.
I have an interesting game bug... Bugzilla is visible on every fight screen now but doesn't play an active part in the game. (This only happened after I beat Bugzilla)
I think there is a bug with the recognition of the achievement "reach 180,000 feet without being hit by lightning". I have completed this several times now and its not registered.

This game is nice but its far too easy. I am currently watching my money go up by about $80K per go without even moving the mouse. Got level 10 Damage and Speed on the Frag grenades and the helicopter, I can start level 14 and without moving the mouse at all, I'll get >$80,000 a go. As soon as I get the final badge (assuming its for 5,000 kills) I'll turn this off and never play it again. 3/5
I love the old testament and its brutal ways. If the Christian religion stuck to the Old testament, less people would see the light and become Atheists. I for one would welcome two virgin daughters that I could do with as I please :) (Genesis 19:8)
I think this is a great little puzzle platformer. I really like the variety of the puzzles too. Some require colours to be worked out in special orders, some require speed and some require skill. definite 4/5 for me (I never give 5/5, games can always be improved)
@matteson - This is not the first FPS game in existence, for the real grandaddy of them all, check out "Wolfenstein 3D". That was the groundbreaker that catapulted the FPS genre into prime time. Quake was the first one that made multiplayer FPS games a playable reality. For that it deserves its place in computer game folklore.
My suggestions for improvements:
1. Something on the information bar at the top to indicate if your mouse has cheese or not (its often very difficult to see in a crown)
2. Something on the information bar at the top to indicate if the shamen(s) are alive or dead on any given stage (again, its difficult to tell sometimes in a crowded level)
3. Fix the glitches with boxes, or platforms allowing mice to pass through them when they shouldn't be able to.
4. Change the AFK kills so that it doesn't kill mice at the start who are waiting for the shamen to do things first. Suggest AFK kills only happen when all other mice are inactive, dead or in the mouse hole.
