First of all, I hate noobs who rate this game 1 star because of "unfairness". C'mon, urbz just said "Ready for some unfair brutality?"
Second of all, I hate unit reccomendations. Runner... Basically what you mean is a scout/ high moral medic... But to you noobs out there... You should just really let your officers do the collecting. High exp officers wipe out flankers (Sure shot position made me quit this game for 4 months), give extra TP and stuff. Oh and btw, its also unfair to the Germans, they can see like 20 squashed up troops under 3 camnets yet their superior won't call in an airstrike, a 100% hit rate soldier in the allied forces... Think about it, even if you were playing as the Germans you would suck ass if you are thinking this game is unfair...

To increase work ethic is either using the computer to +20 work ethic if you are lucky or watch National Geography on the TV which increases it by 4. Either way is quite hard to encounter.
