Kind of seems like it could be fun, but the lack of being able to use proper keys for writing is a drag. Home and end should be start and end of the line you're editing, not scrolling the screen. Delete should work. Control + arrow should move the cursor one word. Without these, it's too clunky to be truly enjoyable.
Well, the game works. It's a bit tedious to grind the money to buy the upgrades, and the gameplay to do so isn't exactly engaging. Blocking also seems to not always work properly. It's more of a puzzle than anything else, considering you have to play things in a certain sequence, more or less, or you won't have enough health to do what you need to, which includes manually resetting the enemies.
Yes, I can agree is kinda of a puzzle/strategy (because doesn't requires hability or relies on luck to play). If you wish, let me know the conditions where the shield doesn't work properly. But, hey, thanks for the feedback!
Fun and simple game, which I assumed it was designed as. Mission accomplished. The only thing is that the update rate on the controllable square felt a bit low, so it seemed jerky at faster movements. Still, that doesn't make it unplayable in any way. Other than that it was fairly solid.
This is an improvement in logic and reasoning over the last game, so well done on that. Always nice to see developers improve. Creating puzzles is hard, and finding the right difficulty is nigh impossible at times. I don't think you should go any further towards making it easier, though. This is a good base difficulty, so if you can still make finding out everything correctly with max score a little more difficult, if it still allows for the "correct" ending if you don't get everything absolutely right. All in all, these games are always fun to play.
This is definitely one of the better RPGM games. The puzzles aren't that hard, but it's still easy to get stuck on a particular step if you miss one detail. However, that makes it so you have to actually consider what you're doing so you can find clues to what to do next. And that was well done, since there are almost always some kind of clue as to what you need to do next if it's not immediately obvious. You also can't really fail, so you can just try everything that comes to mind.
It's an interesting game, but it has a few frustrating points. One is that it's incredibly tedious and/or random to get the exact combination you need, once you've narrowed it down. Getting the exact single aspect you need right comes down to luck in getting the appropriate 1/16 chance. Yes, it's not technically random, but the solution is, so in all practicality it's random. For that reason, maybe half the number would be better. I also found that the text often interferred with the actions I was trying to do, which on a few occasions meant botched potions. However, I do like testing various combinations and figure out how everything works.
Solid, but not particularly interesting to me. In particular many of the early levels just feel like busy work long after they've taught you how the game works.
Nice set of puzzles. I much prefer the solving part over finding the optimal solution, since that's usually more tedious than creative. Other than the controls not being completely responsive at the memory game (sometimes eats inputs for me) and the game engine not really being built for these kinds of puzzles, it handles very well without being cumbersome (puzzles should be about solving them, not going through tedious motions to execute your plan). Kudos on making it work so well.
Thanks. In the memory sequence test, you basically have to wait each time you "touch" one of the blocks - as long as it's lit up, it won't register any input. Nothing I can do about it though.
Hey Duck. We're trying to get an update with cloud saving out before the end of the week. Will you re-rate if we do? Since the game has been received well so far, we're ramping up production to create a more full-featured game. We hope you'll like where it's going. Expect more in the new year. Sincerely, the auto-comment reply ai bot.
Fun little platformer. Simple mechanic that can be used and abused in surprisingly many ways. While there are some collision issues, the platforming is solid enough, and definitely good enough for the difficulty required. The movement speed and acceleration feels a little unusual, but there's nothing wrong with it.
This is probably the last I'll play of these games. They used to be fun, but now the puzzles are just clicking exercises with no thought to them. The story's interesting, the characters are funny, but they're bogged down by busywork that makes it a chore to play. That's not why I play games, so that's it for me unless I'm really bored.
Why do the breeding windows disappear if you look in the storage? That just adds another step to use the storage, since you're invarably going to use that for breeding if you use them for anything other than looking at a collection. And it's not like that part of the screen is used for anything. It's just blank. Also, is it possible to make the active tab a little larger, and perhaps a different colour or highlight? While there's a difference as it is, it's rather small and insignificant.
I think this is one of the better idle games out there. That said, there are some details that need improving. When a planet runs out of resources for something, the message keeps spamming away the tooltips for building new stuff in batches, which is a little annoying. It can also be a little hard to figure out how much you should auto-route to the planet since it shows nothing if the factory currently lacks resources. I think the auto-route planner should show the demand rather than the current drain, since it's specifically for planning a running operation, not satisfying a temporary deficit.
Anyway, it's nice to see updates coming, and the new research screen looks much better, even if you have to hover to see the benefits. Would be nice if the ones you can't afford are in red, but that's a bit of a minor issue.
Fun game with creative solutions. Solve the letter of the quest, not the spirit. Also a nice touch with the shortcut, as walking back and forth gets old quick in these games.
Decent, fun game. What keeps it from being better than decent is that the keys and mouse kept locking in one direction, which is very annoying when you're trying to dodge projectiles in a small space.
