The easiest way to get the badge is to start out buying a Small Wooden Cart from the Transport shop, a Water Jerry Can, 9 food (totally 10), 20 Forage, and 110 Leather (Cargo max should be increased after attaching your Small Wooden Cart to your Donkey). Then you're set to head 257º to Caganel. Be sure to restock on Food, Forage, and Water whenever possible upon arriving at each town. If in combat, only shoot your opponents if they are within 10 meters from you for high accuracy. I hope this helps and good luck!
By the time i log in, it's already 10am... there should be a initial setting for the player to actually start the clock. i'm losing hours every time i log in :(
The easiest tactics to finishing this game is using TraineeKirana and maxing out on Magic Use for her skills. The strategy is to place her Trainee's and leveling up on the "expose weakness" skill and placing Wizards after the Trainees that can return monsters back to the start portal. Other ranged/magic units would work instead of the Wizards. At max strength, you debuff the enemy monster by 80%. Hope this helps! :)
The easiest way to achieve the hard badge is to use the mage. For the bosses, start with 1 frostbite, and spam fireballs and you should defeat the bosses easily. Ally in Merchant, Magicians and Allies. As you all may know, Merchants are very annoying to achieve allies with, so an easy way for grinding is to stand on top of the first bridge and spam Fire Nova (it should hit and kill 5 Mercenaries). fun game! i was a little disappointed to find out that the upgrades don't carry over through games but that's ok. The trick to this game is to first buy 3-4 armor upgrades, then buy upgrades at a ratio of 1:2 (between sword and armor). Use potions when your life span are below 40% AND when your HP gauge is less than 30-50%, else use Armor Upgrades to heal.
There is a glitch with the parachute bombs. if you throw them on the ground and open its parachute while it's rolling, it'll sink underground and disappear under the screen :)
Best game ever! i racked up so many hours on this game and it hasn't gotten boring yet! Pseudolonewolf, you are an utter genius! can't wait for chapter iv :)
Best Grinding stage: level XIII (13) Goblin Madness. Just Upgrade your Orang Utans to max (or not, if you don't have the dough) and just click "Assault". Your Orang Utans (and a little of Popo) will slowly destroy the enemy castle. I'm currently grinding it out on "Epic" with a Sky Dragon, receiving about 1mil exp per hour... and of course, i'm reading while i'm at it :)
