It is a bit confusing, but that's part of the challenge. What's the point of having waves of different enemies coming at you if all you need to do is mash one single button to defeat them all? My only problem is that the speed of the enemies increases so rapidly that after a few levels the best tactic seems to be to close your eyes and randomly press Z, X, and C.
People! Paste in Notepad has nothing to do with the wheel on a mouse. There is another wheel (within the game, hint hint) that you can click the center of and get the achievement.
Okay, here are the five codes to use on the computer in room 3. I've double checked them, so I know they work. Code 1: 18293 Code 2: 33820 Code 3: 11249 Code 4: 29721 Code 5: 44009
I'm terrible at games like these, but even I was able to figure out how to escape in all three without a walkthrough. Challenging but not too difficult. It did take me way too long to figure out that you need to extract the acid from the poo.... Anyways, my only complaint is that it was a little hard navigating. Oftentimes I would move left to a new spot and then right; instead of finding my original space I landed somewhere else.
I don't really like the game, but that's my own personal taste. As far as puzzle games go, it's one of the best on the site. If you're going to try for the Maze Master badge, be prepared for a workout. It will take a lot of time, and it will get frustrating. By the way, these guys aren't being overdramatic when they say they feel dizzy after playing; unless you take a break every few levels, it can get to you.
