I wouldn't consider this a 'mood piece'. Maybe practice for making a real game or piece, in which case this was a success. It was functional. So, good job with that. You've got that on me.
It's just not enjoyable.
It was a pretty okay game. Remembering the layout of the rooms took me a while. I prefer it when different sections have clear doors/doorways. That up/down business complicated things a little.
Was there some significance to the dirty tile in the one bathroom? I completed the game without doing anything with it.
I thought it was a little better than the first in terms of creativity and story, but the first one was far more challenging. Maybe third time will be the charm?
This is going to get a ton of minuses because I thought the game was terrible, unoriginal, and boring. Oh well. I know tower defenses or RPGs have the excuse of being a genre, but there isn't a genre for games where you have a parasitic and evil personality, some old school graphics, and minimal challenge. So let's try actually being deep next time, how about that?
It's not the worst game ever, and the badge is fairly easy. Having said that...I know the game is old, but who really thought it would be a good idea to make a game with completely pointless upgrades?
I played a while back on another site, but I didn't mind going through the whole thing for a badge. That means you've got an entertaining game here. :)
