felican: syllables have nothing to do with comparison-absolute suffixes... go back to 7th grade English, or at least look it up in a damned dictionary!
for 1948: just have the poison plane go straight and drop poison every other turn, and have your other plane get in front of it, so that they both go on one straight path. Then, when all but the big slow plane is dead, turn around and use one plane to distract it and have the other tail it

@supermegadeath generally, however not always... there are yellow, red, green, and blue emeralds as well as sapphires as well as even DIAMONDS; gems are named based on their atomic structure, composition, and chemical bond shapes, not color.
