The storytelling and plot progression in Exit/Corners is extremely well done, I honestly felt like I was playing a professionally made visual novel, or another sequel to the Zero Escape game series.
Speaking of Zero Escape, it's very clear that many themes in this game are borrowed directly from that game series, particularly 999, though there was one puzzle about John Doe that was highly reminiscent of a puzzle from Virtue's Last Reward. That being said, the implementation of the themes and puzzles is novel and remarkably compelling. I was hooked from start to finish playing through these 17 chapters, and I've been wracking my brain trying to guess where the story will lead. I can really see how difficult it must be to write cliffhangers for each of the chapters, so I truly commend the developer for his storyboarding. I'm excited to play the rest of the chapters later this year.
Just found a bug, if you click the area the "Let's go" button will be at right after you finish a day but before the button is in place, the screen is frozen on the upgrade selection and you cannot start the game or go to the menu.
At first I thought the game was interesting, then i thought the text screens made it extremely annoying, and then I just could'nt play it anymore once i died like 5 minutes into the game.
Yeah, someone else reported it too, It's on our bug list for the next update. Thanks!
