For those interested in seeing MY version of the Quest Assistance, please check out the script I wrote at https://pastebin.com/JvwPWucQ. It uses AutoIt, and the coordinates are based on my resolution / monitor settings (I have two monitors, and use the left monitor to play the game, on full screen, etc). Also, it's worth noting that the wait times work well based on MY settings (current prestige multiplier, where I've spent rubies, etc)
@Albertros, I noticed when I did a very quick run, that using Chef got me an extra 30 points over a regular prestige, so it does boost the multiplier by some.
So I'm not sure if this is considered a bug but once you prestige to a Chef, for example, once you've unlocked Ending, you can prestige to a Chef rather early (As soon as Ending is unlocked from the first quest character), and receive the bonus multiplier without having to "re-earn" the requirements for Chef. If this was done on Knight, you could really farm the hell out of the prestige points really quickly. So, intentional, or bug?
Jewelry comes so late game, that it's worth investing a gem to catch up. By the time you get to where you can use it, you're just sitting around not doing anything, so it helps the more boring parts of the game. It also requires a ton of workers, so helping it to level up (which requires less workers) is great.
Don't use your gems to buy workers, use them for skills (start with farming/blacksmith). The idea is that they take up a LOT of workers, so we want to tie them up for as short of time as possible. Using blacksmith will also help you seriously boost income. With the rest of the gems, I would recommend investing into stats (strength/intelligence). Also, don't be afraid to prestige, even if you haven't done much. Soon enough you can breeze to the point of prestige for some quick point, ESPECIALLY if you used your gems correctly. Prestige will ONLY raise your multiplier, never lower, and if you can do more quests before you prestige, you'll raise the multiplier from that run. You have to complete the quest though, not just a third of a quest. Ending tab unlocks a couple achievements, but short of that, isn't important. As someone mentioned, there is a bug in current build that it doesn't actually use any workers to perform the task. Never use gems on gamed speed.
This game is so buggy, but I do like it. Please fix the bugs. Like sometimes battles wont start in certain locations. Also is there a way to reallocate stats?
I really enjoyed the microtransactions including "coin upgrade" "mushroom upgrade" and "flower upgrade". When that goomba lit on fire, I was laughing my butt off. Why didn't the original allow that?
Thanks for playing and happy new year :). Unfortunately I haven't built the game with such a system in mind and I don't want to make any major additions. I plan to make an upgrade based game in the future though so be sure to follow if you enjoyed this (despite the lack of upgrades) :)
This is not an idle game. Not sure why people are calling it that. Even when maxed out, you still can't idle. People don't know the difference between idle and incremental. As far as upgrading the board size, you'll want to upgrade how much each coin is worth, so that 2000 isn't really 2000. Also if you upgrade the number of coins on the board, it helps a lot too. People just want to either do nothing in a game, or beat it within 5 minutes. If your attention span is literally less than 5 minutes, the issue is with you, and not the game.
This game is amazing. Currently at a max length of 327. The gravity makes it seem harder, although it isn't. You just grow so fast though, and you need a perfect board to achieve 400.
Great! Thank you!!!
