On 11... I'd suspect you maybe waste a spot near the oven? Or maybe making your return belt too long? I'm not sure. I don't see how echelonus got down to 460.
On 8, I got that extra conveyor belt out of there by making the belt my reds got pushed onto horizontal rather than vertical. If that's not the problem, try looking at the belts taking your blues around the red basket.
Did you hit unlock all? The game warns you twice that doing that locks out badges unless you reset the game. Otherwise try clicking resend stats in the options menu.
