There's basically no reason to keep just 5 levels of research and then each 5th research level to open 5 more levels. It is not new research, it just rising the plank. Pretty useless. Better just keep 4 researches (heal, speed, mining, luck) and give them more than 5 levels.
All my crew members are sick/serverely damaged. They are not being healed. Hired new recruit and sent him to work in sick bay. But counter of workers in sick bay never increased, however counter of free workers went down. Now hiring new crew member is more expensive, while I lost just recruited one.
