Hey! I've found a way to complete level 38 which allows you to keep one item in your inventory, but it's a little difficult to implement it. Here is my solution: [SPOILER] Place Teleporter (Sender) on D11, Teleporter (Receiver) on F9 and flip the E10 Cannon (so it points to left). Then turn on the Main Power Supply. Once the Electric Heater has teleported, place the Teleporter (Receiver) on C9, and the Teleporter (Sender) near F9 (I recommend G9). Then, flip the E10 cannon two times (fast, in order to activate the cannon pointing to the left) and quickly move the Teleporter (Sender) to F9. Both the Electric Heater (destroyed) and the Ball will be teleported, so the Ball will clean part of the B row. Finally place the Laser Device on B9 and the Laser Feeder on B1, completing the level without using the Hamster in the Wheel. If you like this solution rate this comment (+) to make it more visible.
