OK going to put an update that fixes the Meta Game but this will reset you back to level 1 apologies but hopefully should make the game better. It also improves the troopers ability to shoot at range, and has a few tweeks.
OK New version should work faster as it has some optimizations but if your having speed issues with big levels just use the editor and trim it down to half the size.
WARNING large levels will bog down even amazing PC's, when making a level limit it to say 10 by 10 squares area or less for improved performance. PS. I'm working on a fix b4n
OK shields were too strong so rebalanced the game, and added energy bars so you can see how charged up your Teroids are, fully charged and they can spawn new Teroids, Turrets and Shields.
Updated version reduced polycount on objects should make it run faster, and it doesn't make any difference in the look of the cubes. Let me know how it runs for you and if you have problems the type of GPU you are using.
Hi I'm the developer of this game and plan on improving it and enhancing it over time so feel free to provide any and all feedback. I realize there is a problem getting two or more players together and plan to add an automated opponent who can play you while you wait for a game or instead of multi-player.
Hi Gabe2, Just put up an updated version, does this version fix the shakes?
The idea was your guns generate plasma overflow a bit like a pan giving off steam while you keep the contents hot. Also your ship is in space it does auto-decelerate but does not stop on a dime as you the pilot would become a well gooey mess on the inside of the cockpit window.
Also bullets use real physics, they travel in a straight line relative to their launch position and heading not your thrust vector.
