Although this is a pretty fun concept (albeit the same as Ghost Master) the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Simply put, too many (nearly all?) of the interactions occur to no effect. I thought at length there was a difficulty factor, but when certain items (a floating bathtub with a monster in it in a room of 6 people) do absolutely nothing and other items (spinning clock hands) send people in to a frenzy it indicates poor implementation. I was going to give this a 3 or 4 out of 5, but I will probably give it a 2.
Bug: I'm not sure how widespread this is, but for me in the larger towns when my frame rate begins to struggle a bit, when I cast meteor the meteor sprites seem to disappear mid flight and as such they do not do any damage. After observing this for a while I think about 90% of the sprites will disappear (making the spell useless).
I cannot ascertain whether this game is sending a message about the detrimental impact of human technology on the Earth, the environment and other life forms or whether it is an indictment upon absolutely inept air traffic controllers.
That is probably it.
