The problem I see: most people use elevators from floor to the roof. They are very slow, is a better idea make 10-15 floor elevators, then in the side strart another, for 10-15 floors, until you reach the top, so you won't need more than 3-5 elevators at the bottom, 2-5 in the middle, and 1-3 at the top, also is a good idea to meke blocks of services, exampe: use only from floor 20-30, with 5 elevators, because most people will be in that area.
