Do NOT enlighten the fairy until you have enough dust saved up for the evolution (300), or else you'll reach level 10 and realize you have to get the dust back. Make sure to log on at least twice a day to complete the daily quest for more dust, and focus entirely on the Trainer Skills talent when you level up in the main game.
Tips for the medium badges if/when they ever get BotD (hopefully not): focus on scout missions (30 minutes) for dust to train/evolve the fairy. When you're about to go offline, start a war mission (2 hours, 4x the honor): their higher honor yield makes it easier to get rank 2.
@kiss_of_kill, you get access to all unlocked premium features for one career mode game after defeating Red Dragons, so it's actually possible to get the Shock and Awe badge.
Agreed @loco_mixer, for example there could be a possibility to use 1/5/10/all prestige tokens at one to gain a 2^(tokens used) boost. It could even be made so that using more tokens takes away some of the tokens' power e.g. (1+1/log2(tokens used))^(tokens used) for (rather harsh) diminishing returns after 2 tokens used.
@mohab999, click "Find guild" in the guild menu and keep applying to random ones (preferably with leader/officers online) until one accepts you. There's no limit to how many guilds you can apply to.
ok nevermind now, got the badge. For some reason it took a bit of time for the game to realize I was meeting the requirements for this + One of Us, but oh well. (Gotta say, the badges themselves are pretty good for an idle game.)
To whoever made the badges: I'd like to know whether the Dragon Master badge requires simply UNLOCKING Vermillion (in which case it is bugged), or requires getting him to 5 stars (in which case it should probably be Impossible instead of Medium).
Adding badges that are locked behind a straight up paywall is just Kong in a nutshell at this point. 5-starred this because I love the original games, but seriously Kong, take the 2.1 rating (which I completely agree with) as a "hey, stop doing this stuff to games".
