is there a missing coin somewhere? i have 100% on all levels, but it says i'm missing one coin in the total

nevermind, figured it out.

so the level where you're supposed to kill the drunk guy on the street.... how do you complete it because every time i shoot him i fail, if I shoot the suitcase and then him, i fail. how do u finish it?
