Step 1. Give yourself the bird.
Step 2. Remove flap without killing patient.
Step 3. Hopelessly tug at ribcage for a bit. Move on to bone saw.
Step 4. Stick bone saw in patient's eye. Move on to hammer and reduce ribcage to bloody pulp.
Step 5. Remove lungs. Who needs lungs?
Step 6. Take a step back. Breath in deeply and look at patient.
Step 7. Panic.
Asking sound or no sound before even playing any obnoxious logo animations is brilliant. Rest of the game confusing at the start, but very easy to grasp after a few minutes. 5/5
In comparison to motherload this game doesn't come off good. I am still going to give it 5/5 for the quests and soothing soundtrack. Game is way too easy though
Getting the Dragunov early on is easy. Unlock underground boxing. Learn how to recognise when red will lose. Always bet on red. As soon as you see red will lose (blue running up with a chair, or kicking red off himself) refresh the page so you never lose money. Rate up if you want to enable someone's cheating addiction.

@ Kentho: Are you using the mouse pad on your laptop? Sometimes it doesn't work while you are using the keyboard. Try fiddling with the settings or get a real mouse. Also: AWESOME GAME
