To clear your abilities you can just click the wipe all, or you can individually delete each if you scroll over the bars and the top right of that bar a X will show up and you just click that. To delete your progress I have no idea.

When I run the guy slowly phases into the ground. Jumping involves a slight up heave then plummeting into the ground. When the spiders hit the screen freezes and the guy is off the screen.
