To kill Baal I used the epic tower maxed out it can hit him it took a long time but it killed him, didn't bother sending in units.

Actually my good sirs the QX-6 rocket launcher is the best weapon as it can shred any boss before they can shoot. [though 6 rockets at once is totally cheap]
