Guys you can fly if you go to one of the sides of the planet and jump and go sideways at the same time! Also, this is a really cool game. Can we get a sequel?
Okay so at night when all the little people go to bed, one of them runs to the very edge of the "planet" and just stands there instead of going into a building. Another guy climbs up a tree in the tree plantation. Literally lol.
This is without a doubt the most amazing game I've ever played. It is an incredibly well-written work of art that should have a Kong Wall of Fame started by it. The eerie music adds to the highly tense yet undeniably peaceful atmosphere in which I try to figure my way out of the walls that attempt to confine me. But in the end, all that is left is THE INFINITE OCEAN. P.S. I would definitely recommend reading the afterword to anyone who is at all interested or was at all affected by the game.
Cheers!
Don't worry, no spoilers. Most of these will be understood AFTER you've played the game.
- Anybody else ring the bell for five minutes? Just like the first one...
- Clowns. Great. Now I'm terrified.
- Aaaaand, there's the hallway with the turning handle. Again. Absolutely do NOT want to enter...
- Dark figure flashes across the screen, OMG GET TO THE LIGHT ROOM NOW!!! (that's me panicking, not a spoiler)
- I GOT THE KEY ON THE PIPE! YES! Aw, crap...
- I really don't like the turn-crank hallway. Trying to decide if I should go down it.
- Oh, great, the poster changed. Fantastic. So nervous that I'm gonna cry if there's a jumpscare.
- Wow. Oh wow. Scary girl in the attic.
- Try leaving the well. NOPE.
- Stone wall. Stone wall. Stone wall. Stone- no, that's a hallway. Oh look, a pair of BRIGHT WHITE LIGHTS THAT LOOK LIKE EYES?! Well, at least there's another game.
I guess that does it. Great game. Kong needs to see more of scriptwelder. Thanks for making such a great play.
"For best gaming experience, play with headphones and..." TURN THE LIGHTS OFF! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! After playing Deep Sleep, I read that and LOL'd... there's no way in hell I'm turning off the lights.
You reach the bottom of the lighthouse after putting the gem in place and you go OMFG WTF RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! That's what's so good about scriptwelder games, you can always count on the jumpscares.
Such a great game for being made in 2 days. Nice pixel art, good short story, and awesome mechanics. The hardest part is the wind effects as you go higher, making it harder and harder to grab onto the ledges. The music is incredibly relaxing and well-written for this game. I think I speak for everyone when I say Kong needs more games like this and Endeavor... please make more!
A truly simple game. The short storyline is wonderfully written, and the ending is just... perfect. The concept is great, I just wish the breath time would be in one corner of the screen instead of big honking numbers in the middle. Overall a nice relaxing 5-minute game.
I loved SFH 1 & 2. But SFH 3 totally shot down my expectations. From the very first mission, I was a bit put off by the weird new graphics and the new-old maps. Anyone who played SFH 1 will recognize the first mission map as having the same layout as the Foundry map in SFH 1, only with different art. Honestly, I was sad to see such a great game series go such a bad direction. All that tiburon said was right; this game was a total downgrade from the previous two.
A couple hints for the levels I had the hardest time with.
29: THINK FAST
30: Ring around the rosie
36: Box of Safety
41: How low can you go?
46: Click like you're in a boss fight...
GOOD LUCK!
Devs, this was overall a great game. Great concept, great level design, great job!
P.S. When can we play hitBox 2?
Wow. Guys, I totally recommend any game you can find by Eli Piilonen. I've played several of his games, and all of them are addictive and creepy, especially at the ends. As for this game, I liked the unique gameplay and the minor storyline. Great game!
Wow... Just wow... such an innovative, amazing game! Addicting to the end! I got stuck on level 26 for like 15 minutes, but then level 30 was like a million times harder. Gameplay is super easy to understand, levels are well-designed, controls are easy... the list goes on. I would love to see more games like this one. Great work devs!
