StephenT62 - go into office and see if you can but a permanent upgrade. Also in "Popularity" make sure you are using your highest city possible (should be town 3 for you)

Possible bug - on making a new city my pay day is less than my bank account (negative number in fee that says 0?). This actually made me "loose" an upgrade where suddenly I didn't have enough in my bank account after a reboot

If there is no way to get bones without clicking then the game is over for me. Also achievements (even in game) would be a goal
