Also, It would help if the level number and gold gain number were in a white font, or if the background were a lighter color. I can hardly see the black text on the brown background.
I'm having a really hard time figuring out the bank & caravan robbing aspects of the came...particularly, I can't seem to be able to unlock them. I've tried bumping notoriety up over 100% to cause an attack, But still nothing happens.
Once you reach story segment 20, you can unlock the horses from the shop and the button to rob a bank should be there, on the right side. Notoriety doesn't affect this at all. If you have more questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

If you are playing zoomed in or zoomed out this can happen, resetting to 100% zoom should fix the problem
