lol didnt get what the moving white line on the mortar power and then finally discovered it was how power you needed for where your mouse was. it helped a lot.

Check your firewall, many times it blocks connections that are necessary for multiplayer games such as Carbon Combat. If your firewall is not blocking any connections, chances are that the host's network setup is configured in such a way that restricts outside access (basically they have a bad setup ). Try find another server to join, or create your own and invite your friends!
If you can't beat a level, try again. If you still can't beat the level, try again. If you STILL can't beat the level, use a spy and rescue everybody and then bring in a heli and artillery and flatten the area. Problem solved, next mission.
