This game DOES have a save, i saw that all my achivements were saved from my Survival game but when you are in Campiegn you need a function were the game dosnt close and takes you straight to the shop, you should be able to collect monster drops however this is a very good game, oh yeah this game does not lag, they must've fixed that bug now..
A good thing to add to this game is when there is Pitch Darkness there should be a Flashlight on the ground (sometimes) and if you pick it up a Fuel bar appears above your head and when it runs out you lose the light
I was bugged trying to seal a wound, i used the Paperclip and the wound wouldnt close so then "The patient was Burnt to Death with a lighter" Its a bit too accuracy hungry
