The game got impossible for me to beat boss at level 7 due to all the "greenskins" having high dps and killing both my healers before I can even heal once.

What is the song played on the menu called?

Only problem I had was... not enough fuel? I've searched all the cities on the top left and not one was selling fuel.

pretty awesome =D Once i got the shotgun I just used it for the rest of the game.
