on a by note, has anyone noticed that the 'windows' key is missing from the keyboard in the background .... its bugging me for some reason lol ...
i dont see what all the fuss is about personaly .. while i must admit that this seems a bit easyer than the previous one, i cant see anything BAD about it ... just looks alot cleaner and smoother to me
while i too would like to see badges ... that doesnt mean that they will have badges as soon as they are put on Kong, they need to be looked over and then the badges will be implimented Infinitystuff08
as im sure most people here would agree, this is a good game and enjoyable, however; the short time limit and missig part of the screen make this a bit fustrating.
again im sure we would all like a freeplay ability and a few more ''fun'' (deadly) objectives in the mission mode
either way i thoguht it was entertaining and fresh,
3.7/5
i remember the story of a guy in ancient times who lost his loved one. he sawt to retrive her from the underworld, however, the lord of the underworld was not one to give back souls freely. seeing that this man indeed did love her deeply, he made a deal that he was to go back the way he came and his lived ones soul would follow behind, and when they make it outside, she would return to life ... all he had to do was 'dont look back' otherwise her soul would be lost forever, when he reached near the end of his journey, he couldnt resist anymore, looked back, and was the gostly figure of his beloved fade away, forever ....
same as daperson, it kinda jogs every so often and after the first jog it starts to go out of sync with the music. even though the gap may be a half beat, thats enough to make it nearly impossible to play with the music. however i still think this is a good game at its core
i think that the game has potential as it is, but is very short for its content. if you had an endless level at the end of the game, it would be better cause its a test of your strats then. 2/5
not the best game ive played;
the +mana cap. upgrade (menu) will cause the +mana (ingame) to increase in cost, so dont upgrae the increased capacity for mana.
the turrets arent effective enough to warrent building untill you are at a steady stage and have excess mana.
most of the 'tougher' units dont do enough damage compared to the copter, so build only copters and panzers.
the exp cost of the upgrades is way to high for any gamer who wishes to play the game a good chance at seeing what each turret/unit is like and upgrading the castle.
the game on the whole is short in episodes, but can drag in each one.
the 'level' of a unit is not self explanitory; i still dont know if it increases the damage/defence/health or if its a percentage+ mod for all of them.
all in all, its a nice concept ill delivered. sort out ballancing issues and upgrade costs among other things and it might become a strong game
2/5
firstly, i like the concept and design, but there are flaws int he gameplay that make it either impossible to win or mainly luck based;
1) quite often the 'food' pellets will spawn ontop of you or enemies which makes the 'collect it' part rather void, 2) in the last few levels, the opponent has microbes that move faster than you and some that are bigger than you, your only hope in the last level is that a food pellet will spawn infront of you cause youll be running the whole time otherwise.
but on the whole, i enjoyed this game, just requires a few tweeks.
4/5
poor,
i liked the concept and the cornering. the actual checkpoints though were either unnesseccary or extreamly buggy, the idea of a checkpoint is to pass though one, not to go vaguely near one.
if you sorted out the checkpoints fully and the strange AI, then id say this could be a game worth putting of the front page
2.5/5
ppl are askin how to choose colours. when you see the large multi=coloured orbs, warp untill the colour you want to max out is in the middle ..... it will then let only that colouy come though for that phase
i thnk the grav is off slightly, i have my ball land on a planet of 300~ and it bounces at a right angle towards a sun of 200~
also why does the ball bounce like it does, i skim it on a planet and it either accelerates into oblivion or into the nearest sun
i dont know about anyone wlse, but i found that the powerups were too frequent cause i had up to 6 at a time and i always had atleast 1 all the time. this then served to lag my game to about 6 fps.
other than that i like it, 8.5/10
the only problem i have with it is the timing thing, the notes are sometimes of beat, and the gate selectionis awquard, but apart from that i cant see anything wrong
while i think that the game needs developing too, it doesnt need that much. is itnt a TD game so upgrades might not be as good as you think. this reminds me of 'i am legend' and could be developed along those lines, also i like the idea of day time hours to be spent on working ect. giving more specific jobs to the other survivers like, use this weapon or ( if no spare weapon is avalible,) repair the wall while the zombies arent attacking it. also the aiming needs to be fixed, i found myself having to aim at thier shoulders to get a head shot and that doesnt even prove any more effective, and why would he have to move around when he should(in real life) be just turning, i kept on havin to move and getting stuck on the wall wasnt usefull.
that said, there is HUGE potential and i think that this is an awesome game already, 5/5.
Axel
it may just be me but some of the levels have a great resembalance to the game 'roadworks'. i admit it isnt as good as this but be carefull not to rip off other games
