Here are the rules
Passion (heart) beats Facts (!) which beat Reason (chat box) which beats Passion (heart). Each game you get three "lies" which will disguise your units type and size. "Mind Power" controls how many units you can send out, the more territory squares on the game board you control, the faster your mind power will go up.
