animations need work, the warrior attack animation is shit, he hits the enemy by turning his sword in an impossible direction for the position he's holding it at idle, and even if he attacked that way his sword can get barely any momentum. what the heck's wrong with a normal overhead slash? I also noticed that the shielder guy's victory animation looks like he's dry humping his shields.
you should also try retouching some of the furniture, like making the flames more detailed and realistic, making sure all the chairs and stuff are uniform and without defect. It would just give to game a better feel and look.
