Fun at first; but unlike MOST games of this genre: if you die you lose ALL of your money. AND there's no save slot to save progress in case of having to leave; or power failure. Both are ESSENTIAL to a good game. 2/5.
As much as I wanted to play this game... it lagged even on Low Quality. Worse than that: The writing and dialogue were so piss-poor that I couldn't even play past the first quest. Re-write this and I may consider a higher rating. RPGs run mostly on story, so having a crap story off the bat makes it generally unplayable.
Good concept done horribly. Level designs are incredibly weak; "puzzles" are not challenging or make much sense. Most of them are based on pure luck (especially level 10).
Well done game. A few problems here and there that made it a little less enjoyable, but worthy of a guide nonetheless. I'll contact you when I've finished. Maybe we can compare notes and you can fill me in on things I missed?
Story drags on, the voice acting is mediocre, the dialogue is vacuous and irritating, and the game lags heavily. Beyond these initial issues, the game is a nice addition to the horror genre; but there needs to be more going on. Also, proofread your work before submitting. There were MANY spelling errors throughout the game.
While I like the adaptation, the glitches (gee... think a Treyarch employee made this game?) were aggravating. Barricades would sometimes not function, frame rate is extremely slow, sometimes button presses won't register. Get those fixed and you've got yourself a Five Star rating from me.
A highly intelligent game. It's too bad users are ruining it for others by giving "answers" to less intelligent players. I have some nice designs that I came up with, and feel more challenged than frustrated by this game. Five Stars.
Having the maximum number of cards should force you to DISCARD, not force a power point on you. This is unsettling and unbalanced, and can easily mess up the player. Especially since there is no "discard" option.
Ward of Light is an overpowered, overly accessible card that easily ruins the strategy and fun of the game. Consider limiting it's allotted deck number. I couldn't beat Mission 6 due to the opponent overusing it, keeping me from ever having a creature out.
It's not strategical, it's cheap and nerfed.
