It would be nice if upgrades and buildings times were stopped when nobodies home. It doesn't make sens so much and game is a bit too easy this way. In exchange, those guys should have a building skills to make it faster when there in the compound. It would give a sens to the engineer instead of just beating Zs with improvised weapons. Also, injury during fight should leave some injury who last a little bit. Survivors would need some time to recover because for now, medic are goddamn trauma medic in action !(liar!)
