new players! HP and ATK! you wont need DEF since your armor will provide it, and it wont stop one hit kills in PVP ether way.. focus on HP and ATK untill your good and done with the story quests! (easy xp)
judging by all the comments, people agree with me, not the developer.. perhaps you should actually listen to what people are saying, and stop telling us how "everything's fine, its not the game, its us". ~as we've all pointed out, the game itself is decent. its the forced energy and payments that turn this from a 5/5 to a 1/5, and hence cost you the donation you may have gained, and any return traffic you were hoping to force out with these systems.
i dont buy it, it sounds like your trying to artificially stretch out an hour long game into a few extra hours, with the bonus "quests" added to fill things out and make it a sequel. it feels less like your trying to make me "compete" and more like you want me to pay for the same old thing. your whole argument about breaking it up for unfair advantages is thrown out the window if im dumb enough to pay 15$ for the unlimited energy...
Our design goal was to split the game sessions into shorter intervals so those players who have more time on their hands do not have an unfair advantage of those players who like to have shorter game sessions. All players have element limitations in each game session thus making it fair for gamers who have lots of time and those who prefer shorter game sessions. We wanted to hopefully give players the same experience regardless of the time they have. You may object that it is not a multiplayer-game, but 1) it is online game with scores, leaderboards, competing friends etc 2) we are going to add new challanging PvP mode, it going to be very cool as we see on prototype. I understand you arguments, but your should understand ours too. And, of course, it is an additional (not the main, only additional) channel of monetization, but we don't force anyone to pay.
the reason nobody is playing this: Fuel. how much do i have? why do i have so little? why does it take so long to regenerate? HOW MUCH DO I HAVE??? if you removed fuel, you'd likely have a real winner on your hands, and people would be willing to pay into this. as it is now... forget about it.
