To get lvle 20 open the three lights on the right at first and after that ignore the two on the far left until there is ALOT of cars there. Do this and it shouldn't take you more than 5-10 min or so at the most.
@Are you using AOL? I'm constantly hearing about how multiple computers have the same IP adress when using that or something, doesn't sound very beleiveable to me, but. Anyway, not my favorite game, but I appreciate the effort made by the person who made the game and the person who made the walkthrough.
