seems like there is no perfect formula to getting the population, just build a lot of buildings and KEEPMINING. it seems like if you don’t mine your pop only goes up 1-5 people per day, if you do mine it shoots up alot quicker (think i got 250 people in one shot after a long time of noit mining and most of it was rubbish anyway).
