So many bugs! Asking Heimlich to plug the plant while in town disables the option forever. Save does not work, walkthrough does not work. I'm on my second play through, stopped by bugs. Not starting over a third time.
The Heimlich's thing is NOT a bug: once you asked him to help you, he'll help you, no more requests will be needed; once you got his help, you just will have to close the plants mouth and use the spices box on it: Heimlich will help you on the spot. About the issue with savings and walkthrough, it's strange: they worked to us and to everybody we asked about :/ We'll try to understand what could have been your problem.
I bought Rebuild 3. As far as I can tell so far, you have to build a city hall to reach an end condition, and doing that subjects you to a questionnaire on your politics. My answers resulted in unhappiness in about 90% of my population, effectively ending the game. I had the gall to say that 50 people struggling to survive should share resources, and everyone complained about 'communism'.
Rebuild 3 gets in my face politically in other areas here and there. When I had to turn away a man in a turban, the people's happiness increased. "Hippies" and "conspiracy theorists" are presented as imbeciles. The game is fun otherwise, but I can't stomach the conservative lecture built-in to Rebuild 3.
I want my money back.
