I've chosen to build a factory. The site was there and i was charged 14500 I was still missing some materials though. I went to do some chores at my friends and when I'm back - surprise! No building site, no money!

navigation is not working so well for me. locations are too complex without a good reason, there are too many screens in most of the scenes. Clicking around is not so fun here. Sorry.
this game excels all the way. marvellous. btw using the dragon on the flowers next to the ferryman gives the same dialogue as the flowers growing on the cliff
