Under My Squad, when you go to equip your squad members, it would be much better if you could switch between characters on that screen, rather than having to exit each time you equip to go to the next member.

Round 1, cast silence, regenerate 25% every turn, and attack. Round 2+, cast silence and attack twice. Keep blood syphon handy just in case.
